Waterbrush – I think they are called that. They’re Japanese to begin with, now even Pentel makes them. Have a cylinder you fill with water (a little like a fountain pen), a brush instead of nib – and a lid so you can carry without leaking. Brush is so-so, at least on the one I have, but good enough for many things on-the-go.
