My oldest tool is a tweezer which I got as a present when
I was 10 (?) years old. It’s still one of my main tool. ! ! !
The old pen which has been used 40 (?) years long
showed a slight dent where my thumb touches —- what ?
Though, these days, I rarely use it as most of the writing,
mails etc were done on the key board.
I miss the old days though, a plan to write a snail mail
remained as a plan past 6 or 7 years. Sigh. Ha ha ha.
My mom was a master of old saws. “Haste makes waste”, “You catch more flies with honey than with vinegar”, “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise”, and the one that always sent my kids into fits of giggles as they were trying to eat their corn on the cob, “Break your ear before you eat it”.

So many about work….My dad had a saying, “Work is a wonderful thing. Best save some for tomorrow.”
